Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Practice Setting: Free-Standing Cancer Center

Reason for Coverage: Loss of provider

Locum Period: No call required

Permanent Placement: Call expected

Call Schedule: 1 week every 6–8 weeks

Call Ratio: 1 week every 6–8 weeks

Physicians: 7

APPs: 6

Outpatient: 25 patients per day

Inpatient (Call/Rounding): 20 patients per day

Oncology – Outpatient Setting

Oncology – Inpatient Setting

Participation on Tumor Board
-
Management of Bone Marrow Transplants
-
Blood Bank involvement
-
Order tests and imaging
-
Prescribing responsibilities
-
Chemotherapy Administration: Nurse Oncologist
-
EMR: EPIC
-
Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology – Required
-
Active South Carolina license (will accept providers needing to obtain) – Required

BLS & DEA – Required
-
Clean background required for emergency temps – Required
