Locums to Perm | Hematology / Oncology | Outpatient | Plymouth, IN Why This Role

  • New outpatient Hematology/Oncology service line launching in March 2026.
  • Opportunity to support program development with a path to permanent placement.
  • Balanced hematology and oncology patient mix in a clinic-only setting.
Assignment Details Practice setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic Coverage reason: New service line Start date: March 2026 End date: March 2027 Patient population: Adult and Geriatric Average patients per day (clinic): Approximately 30 Inpatient coverage: None Call: None Weekends: None EMR: Epic Credentialing timeframe: 60 days with active Indiana license, 90 days without Clinical Details Hematology care (50%) Oncology care (50%) Management of VAD and CV catheters Bone marrow biopsy Participation on tumor board Bone marrow transplant management Blood bank coordination Ordering diagnostic testing and imaging Chemotherapy management and oversight Medication prescribing Requirements Board Certified with AMBS or AOA certification in one specialty and demonstrated competency in the other Active Indiana medical license BLS certification Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
