Shift Details: Days Mon - Fri 8a - 4:30p
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 30 outpatient
Key Requirements
Licensure: Active IN State License
Required Qualifications: Board Certification (AMBS/AOA)
Certifications: BLS
Vaccination Required: Yes
Experience and Skills: Hematology Oncology
Credentialing Timeline: 60 days with IN license, 90 days without
