Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
Credentialing: 90 – 120 Days
Facility & Service Scope
This Community Cancer Center is a "one-stop" destination for oncology services, featuring a robust onsite infrastructure:
- Medical Oncology & Infusion Suite (Note: Infusion suite operates 7 days a week).
- Radiation Therapy & Lymphedema Services.
- Onsite Support: Full Pharmacy and Lab services.
- Board Certification: BC in Hematology and/or Oncology is required.
- Licensure: Active Washington (WA) Medical License.
- Certification: Active BLS is required.
- EMR Proficiency: Experience with Epic is mandatory.
- Commitment: Full availability is highly preferred to ensure continuity of care.
