Position, Compensation & Organization

• Full-spectrum Hematology and Medical Oncology practice
• High-acuity case mix including AML, post-transplant, and CAR-T supportive care
• Approximately 14 patients per day with 2–4 consults daily
• Clinic begins with a 7:30 AM infusion huddle; patient care runs 8:15 AM–4:30 PM
• All infusions handled in-house with an on-site LINAC
• Radiation Oncology available on-site one day per week
• Experienced NP Director plus oncology pharmacist, nursing, and MA support
• Internal Medicine physician dedicated to cancer center follow-up care
• Phone-only call approximately one week per month with just 5–10 calls weekly
• Hospital follow-up is rarely needed and generally limited to next-day rounding after an ED admission
• Denver-based tumor boards and multidisciplinary clinics accessible virtually
• Strong referral relationships provide additional resources for complex cases
• Experienced physician compensation averages over $700,000
