Locums – Worcester, Massachusetts | Hematology/Oncology Opportunity
A facility in Worcester, MA is seeking Hematology/Oncology locum coverage with an ASAP start for a 6–12 month assignment. This role offers a flexible weekday schedule with clinic and call responsibilities in an outpatient-focused setting.
Coverage Details:

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6–12 months

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3–5 days per week

Must be able to cover at least 3–4 days weekly

Clinic hours with after-hours call
Practice Setting & Responsibilities:

Outpatient clinic setting

Admissions required
-
Rounding responsibilities
-
Assigned and unassigned patients
-
No procedures or surgeries
Volume & Call:
-
Clinic patients per day: 15–18
-
Rounding: approximately 5 patients
-
Call volume: ~10 calls while on call
-
Hospital stroke certified
Qualifications:
-
Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
-
Active Massachusetts license required
-
ACLS and BLS required
-
EMR: Clinic uses ONCO EMR; hospital uses Cerner
