Oncology-Hematology - Massachusetts
Highlights
- Flexible Schedule - Only 3-5 days per week required, with a commitment of 6 to 12 months.
- Immediate Need - Target start date in January, as soon as credentialed.
- Low Call Burden - Clinicians are rarely called back in during after-hours Call Coverage.
Practice Setting
- Primarily Outpatient clinic setting with required Inpatient Admissions and rounding.
- Hospital is stroke certified and requires providers to manage admissions.
- Support staff includes RN's and MA's in the clinic, plus an NP in the practice.
Schedule
- Shift-Based coverage for 3 to 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.
- Scheduled Clinic Hours with after-hours call required; schedule is M-F.
- Call is managed via a Beeper, with an average of 10 calls per 24-hr shift.
- Rounding on Inpatient services takes approximately 1 hour for an average of 5 patients.
Procedures and Cases
- Clinician will see 15 to 18 patients per day in the clinic setting.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Oncology-Hematology is required.
- Active State License
- Requires a clean malpractice record for Temporary privileges (Credentialing is 8 weeks for a clean file).

- Credentialing Support is provided
- Temp privileges are available for candidates with a clean record only.
