📅 Assignment Details:

Start Date: March 2026

Duration: 1 year (March 2026 – March 2027)

Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Clinic

Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
-
Average Patient Load: 30 patients/day

Call/Hospital Rounding: None
💉 Key Duties & Procedures:
-
Manage VAD/CV Catheters
-
Bone Marrow Biopsies
-
Participate on Tumor Board
-
Manage Bone Marrow Transplants
-
Order labs & imaging
-
Blood Bank management
-
Prescribe medications
-
Administer chemotherapy alongside nurse oncologist
📋 Documentation & EMR:

EPIC
🩺 Required Qualifications:

Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology (or competency in one demonstrated) ✅

Active Indiana State License ✅
-
BLS ✅
-
$25k conversion fee required
⏱ Credentialing Timeframe:

With IN license: 60 days
-
Without IN license: 90 days
✈️ Travel & Reimbursement:

Flight, hotel, rental car reimbursed

Mileage billed at IRS standard rate
