🔍 Responsibilities

Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology care for adult and geriatric patients

Perform required procedures in a safe and efficient manner

Collaborate with support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinic standards
✅ Requirements

🎓 Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology

📜 Active Indiana medical license

❤️ BLS certification

🧾 Comfortable performing required procedures
