Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: March 2026
- End Date: March 2027
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Clinical Details:
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology
- Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
- Hematology: 50%, Oncology: 50%
- Average Number of Patients Per Day (Outpatient): 30
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Required Procedures: Management of VAD/CV Catheters, Bone Marrow Biopsy
- Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Management of Bone Marrow Transplants, Orders Tests, Blood Bank, Orders Images, Prescribes
- Administration of Chemotherapy: Physician, Nurse Oncologist
Requirements:
- Board Certification (AMBS/AOA) in Hematology/Oncology
- must have AMBS/AOA board certification in one, and competency in the other demonstrated
- Active Indiana State License
- BLS Certification
