Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 30 average
Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 0
Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: With an IN license 60 days; without IN license 90 days
Required Procedures:
- Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters
- Bone Marrow Biopsy
Required Duties:
- Participation on a Tumor Board
- Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants
- Orders Tests
- Blood Bank
- Orders Images
- Prescribes
Administration of Chemotherapy:
- Physician
- Nurse oncologist
Submission Requirements
- Board Certification (provider must have AMBS/AOA board certification in one, and competency in the other demonstrated) - [REQUIRED]
- Active IN State License - [REQUIRED]
- BLS - [REQUIRED]
