Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 02/09/2026
- Clinic Shift Times: 8A – 5P (Tuesday or Wednesday – Friday)
- Call: Infrequent Call & some Weekend Call shifts
Clinical Details
- Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
- Ambulatory Hem/Onc Clinic: Follow up and see new patients, write orders & prescriptions, communicate with the pharmacy
- Patient Age Group: Adults
- Focus: Benign hematology, Bread and Butter Hem/Onc
- Number of Patients per Day: Minimum 15 hematology patients
- Inpatient Facility
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Nurses, Navigator, Admin Support, Pharmacy, 1 – 2 physicians, APPs, Infusion Specialist
Requirements
- Board Certification: Hematology and/or Oncology (only need to be boarded in one; double boarded preferred)
- If seeing oncology patients, will need BC in Oncology
- State License: North Carolina
- Certifications: BLS, DEA
- Minimum Experience: At least 2 – 3 years’ experience
