- Hours 8a-5p, M-F
- Beeper call (24hr on weekends)
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Trauma level 4
- Patient Volume: 17 Max per shift
- Support Staff: 5 RN, 1 MA, 1 PA/NP
- EMR: Mosiaq
- Requirements: NM license, BC, BLS
- Credentialing: 90 days
