We are seeking a Locum to Perm Physician in Indiana.
Locum to Perm Physician – Hematology/Oncology
Position Type: Locum to Perm
Specialty: Physician – Hematology/Oncology
Location: Plymouth, IN
Rate: To be discussed
Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: March 2026
End Date: March 2027
Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Management of VAD/CV Catheters
- Bone Marrow Biopsy
- Participation on Tumor Board
- Management of Bone Marrow Transplants
- Orders Tests, Blood Bank, and Images
- Prescribes Medications
- Administration of Chemotherapy (Physician and Nurse Oncologist)
Required Procedures: Bone Marrow Biopsy, VAD/CV Catheter Management
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: Nursing support for chemotherapy administration
Days Per Month: Standard Mon-Fri schedule
On-Call/Weekends: None
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certification (AMBS/AOA in Hematology or Oncology, competency in the other) – REQUIRED
- Active Indiana State License – REQUIRED
- BLS Certification – REQUIRED
