Practice Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology
Rate: $520/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends, No call
Shift: Mon – Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: March 2026
Contract Length: March 2026 – March 2027 (Locum-to-Perm)

Practice Mix: Hematology 50% | Oncology 50% | IM 0%

Average Outpatient Volume: ~30 patients/day

Clinical Area: Oncology – Outpatient only

Credentialing Timeframe:

With active Indiana license: ~60 days

Without Indiana license: ~90 days

Job Responsibilities
Management of VAD/CV catheters
Bone marrow biopsy
Required Duties
Participation in Tumor Board
Management of bone marrow transplants
Ordering tests & imaging
Blood bank coordination
Prescribing responsibilities
Administration of chemotherapy (physician or nurse oncologist)
Qualifications
Board Certified – REQUIRED
Active Indiana Medical License – REQUIRED
BLS Certification – REQUIRED
