Job Opportunity: Locum to Perm - Physician - Hematology Oncology
Join our dynamic healthcare team in Plymouth, Indiana, where we provide specialized outpatient care in Hematology and Oncology. Our facility is dedicated to expanding its service lines and committed to delivering high-quality healthcare to our adult and geriatric patient population. This opportunity is for a locum to perm position starting in March 2026, with an average patient load of 30 daily, utilizing the EPIC documentation system.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate on a Tumor Board
- Manage Bone Marrow Transplants
- Order Tests and Images
- Administer and prescribe chemotherapy
- Management of VAD/CV Catheters and perform Bone Marrow Biopsies
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
- Active Indiana State License
- BLS Certification
- Self-Query NPDB
- $25k Conversion Fee
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified (AMBS/AOA)
- Active Indiana State License
- BLS Certification
