Coverage Needed
- Start Date: March 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (can be flexible), 1-2 weeks of coverage per month
Clinical Details
- Call: Inpatient 4-6 patients/day; 2-3 hours of hospital rounding, remainder in clinic for 8 hours of on-site clinical coverage
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Medical Assistant & RN/Nurse Navigator
- Special Procedures: Emergency response skills for medication side effects, chemotherapy treatment plans
Requirements
- Indiana license and DEA (or one that is transferrable for the length of the assignment)
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Must be able to start as soon as credentialed
- CV must be in Month / Year format
- Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
- Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
