- Physicians in Practice: 3 (Hem/Onc & Rad Onc)

- % of Practice: 30% Hem, 70% Onc
- Required Procedures: OP & IP Hem & Onc, Participation on a tumor board
- Lab & X-ray Onsite: Yes

- Other Info: - Mar 2026 start date if not a clean record. - Expected to respond by phone ONLY and would not be "called back" onsite after hrs or on the weekend. - Oncology clinic is attached to chemo treatment center & hospital.

Requirements:
- Active CA License
- BC/BE
- BLS
- At least 2 yrs of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty
- Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained
- Current number of case logs
- Clean record (preferred)
