Schedule:
- 9 AM–12 PM and 1 PM–4:30 PM (1-hour lunch).
- Full-time — 5 shifts per week, 4 weeks per month.
- Call is 1 week every 3 weeks.
- During call week: work regular clinic hours + evening phone-only call.
- Weekend call is 24-hour phone call only (no call-backs expected).
Support Staff:
- RN: 9–10
- MA: 4
- APPs: 3
- Office Staff: 7
Requirements:
- Active CA medical license (mandatory)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
- BLS required
