JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Board: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology

- Charting Experience: Meditech familiarity preferred
- Other Qualifications: Ability to work independently as a low-volume, solo outpatient provider; collaborate with APPs and affiliate physicians
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology clinical care to adult patients
- Manage an average caseload of approximately 15 patients per clinic day
- Coordinate care with APP support and affiliate physicians at Hazard for specialty backup
- Document all patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in Meditech
- Participate in standard clinical workflows for chemotherapy/infusion oversight and follow-up care
- Communicate with facility staff regarding coverage needs and patient care issues
