Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Clinic Volume:
- 15–20 clinic patients/day
- 45 infusion center patients/day (handled by infusion staff)
Call Details:
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Ratio: 1:3
- Average Calls per 24 hrs: 1
- Call Back: 10%
- Response Time: Within 30 minutes
- Patients Seen on Call: 0 (primarily phone consults)
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Fellowship required
- BLS required
- Licensed in ID or IMLC
