A new Hematology-Oncology facility is scheduled to break ground in 2027, and a next-generation Cancer Center-featuring two radiation vaults and future bone marrow transplant capability-is planned to open within the next two years. This is an opportunity to join a program that's growing, academically connected, and heavily invested in innovation.

Program Highlights

• Collaborative Hem/Onc team with physicians from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC)
• Strong academic partnership; teaching opportunities available (not required)
• Fully integrated Cerner EMR

Practice Structure

• Schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday at main clinic
  • Friday: half-day at West Side Hematology Clinic
• Volume: 8-12 new consults/day + ~6 follow-ups/day
• Call: Two weeks every six weeks (manageable, shared model)
• Procedures: Optional-performed if desired
• Flexibility: Schedule adjustments available for new physicians
