Job description
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 12 months preferred
- Shift Details: 8am–5pm, no call
- Schedule: 3 days/week minimum preferred
Work Details:
- Support staff: APP support and 3 docs at Hazard
- Amount of coverage needed per month: 3 days/week
- Patients per day: ~15/day, low volume, solo provider
- Department description: 60/40 Hem/Onc
- EMR: Meditech
Practice Setting:
- Clinic/Private Practice: outpatient
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Board Certified
- credentialing approx. 60 days
