Job Description
We are actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Medical Oncologist to join a thriving outpatient clinic in scenic Brattleboro, Vermont. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered oncology care in a flexible and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient cancer care and occasional inpatient consults at the community hospital

See approximately 14–16 patients per clinic day

Diagnose and manage a broad range of cancer conditions using evidence-based approaches

Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams (radiology, surgery, nursing, support staff)

Participate in shared on-call duties and weekend rotation (schedule negotiable)

Document care in Cerner Community Works EMR

Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis

Stay current with oncology advances through education and research

Contribute to a culture of compassion, quality, and teamwork
Job Responsibilities
BLS required
DEA license
Vermont state license required (or ability to obtain)
Candidates with lapsed board certification must renew before starting
Compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered
Flexible schedule, willing to participate in shared on-call
Open to commuting candidates (over 1 hour travel acceptable)
Experienced providers preferred but open to board-eligible candidates
