Medical Oncology Locums Physician - Georgia, Atlanta Metro
Outpatient-only Medical Oncology role with light call and flexible full-time scheduling near the Atlanta metro.
Highlights
- April start with coverage needed through October
- Only 1 weekend of call per month
- Full-time available but not required
- IMLC accepted
Practice Setting
- Outpatient-focused; no BMT or acute leukemia
- Two sites: 3 days/week in Macon, 2 in Hawkinsville
- Support staff and Epic charting in place
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8a-5p
- Volume: 20-25 patients per day
- Open to partial-week or consistent blocks
Cases and Procedures
- General Medical Oncology only
- No hematology, no procedures
- Acute leukemia and BMT referred elsewhere
Requirements
- Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
- Georgia license or IMLC LOQ
- Active DEA required
