Medical Oncologist Locums in Georgia - Near Atlanta
Outpatient Oncology coverage in Georgia with flexible blocks, light call, and all travel included.
Highlights
- April through October coverage - 2 weeks/month minimum
- Light weekend call - 1 per month, mostly phone-based
- Recurring blocks welcome; part-time or full-time
- All travel, lodging, and car covered
Practice Setting
- Outpatient only - no inpatient or procedures
- 3 days/week in Macon, 2 in Hawkinsville
- Support staff onsite - Epic EMR
- No BMT or acute leukemia cases
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8a to 5p
- 20 to 25 patients/day
- Credentialing in 90 days - IMLC accepted
Cases and Procedures
- General Medical Oncology only
- No hematology, no inpatient responsibilities
- Weekend rounding avg: 6 to 8 patients/day
Requirements
- Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
- Active Georgia license or IMLC LOQ
- DEA required
