Position Overview
Seeking a Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Hematologist/Oncologist to provide part-time locum coverage in our Reidsville, NC
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage new and follow-up cases
Write orders and prescriptions, and collaborate closely with pharmacy staff
Focus primarily on benign hematology and “bread and butter” oncology cases
Qualifications
Must be BC in Oncology if managing oncology patients
License: Active North Carolina medical license (required)
Certifications: BLS (required)
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Hem/Onc clinical practice
Working Hours
Duration: 26 weeks (potential extension)
Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: 2 weeks per month (Tuesday or Wednesday–Friday)
Call: Infrequent; some weekend call required
