About the Opportunity:
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join our established multidisciplinary cancer care team in Chicago, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment with strong physician leadership, advanced technology, and a robust referral network.
Position Highlights:
Join a collaborative oncology team with access to surgical, radiologic, and radiation oncology support
Participate in tumor boards, multidisciplinary case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions
Play an active role in shaping oncology services and program development within the Chicago region
Access to advanced diagnostics, infusion services, and supportive care resources
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage patients with malignant and benign hematologic and oncologic diseases
Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
Deliver outpatient and inpatient consultations as needed
Participate in continuing education, clinical research, and community outreach initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary: $450,000 – $550,000, commensurate with experience
