Step into a rewarding opportunity to lead a highly respected community-based cancer program in the stunning Columbia River Gorge region of Oregon. This well-established cancer center has provided exceptional oncology care for over 25 years, offering full-spectrum services in collaboration with an Academic Cancer Institute. You'll join a collaborative team that includes radiation oncology, radiology, pathology, surgery, and nurse navigation. The center is efficient, well-staffed, and deeply supported by the hospital and surrounding community. With a strong patient base and a cohesive team that values quality and compassion, this is an ideal setting for a physician seeking both impact and balance.
Position Highlights
- General Hematology/Oncology
- Volume: 12-15 patients per day; 800-patient panel; up to 3 new consults daily
- Schedule: 4×9-hour shifts
- No Required Call: Professional call only (no inpatient chemo, no hospital rounds, no patient calls)
- Support: Infusion room with 10 chairs, 3-5 RNs daily, onsite pharmacy, lab, radiation oncology, and nurse navigation
- Multidisciplinary Tumor Board - meets twice monthly with CME credit
- Faculty Opportunity: Community-based faculty appointment (includes library access and faculty development)

- Competitive Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
