Shift: Clinical Hours Only
Description:
- On-site 3-4 days per week. 2 weeks per month.
- Provider will be doing outpatient clinic - new consult and follow up, oversight of treatment. No inpatient work required, no call.
- No APC supervision.
- No procedures required.
- EMR System: Epic
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Patients Per Shift: 14-15
- Bed In Department: 6
Board Certification: Hematology and Oncology (BC/BE accepted)
Licensure: Wisconsin license or IMLC eligible
Certifications Required: BLS
