• Full-time preferred (Monday–Friday, 9a–5p)

• Flexible option for 4 days/week

• Support Staff: Yes

• Patients per Shift: ~18
  

• EMR: Epic

• Infusion Space: 4 chairs (small service line)

• Practice Mix: Combination of Hematology/Oncology and Oncology

  • Approx. 20% Hematology (mainly anemia cases)

• Practice Model: Sole provider at site with resource support from partner clinic

• Practice Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient hybrid

• Board Certification: Required

• License: Active California license only

• DEA: Required
  

• Credentialing Timeframe: ~90 days

  Temp privileges may be available for candidates with a clean file
