Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver comprehensive care in medical oncology with a primary focus on hematology/oncology cases
- Provide full-time clinic coverage, managing patient evaluations, follow-up, and treatment planning
- Remain available for 1:3 weekend call coverage by phone
- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and quality standards
Additional Information
- California license required
- Board certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology; lapsed boards considered
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Candidates must commit to at least three weeks per month, with a minimum of two weeks onsite
