A leading cancer care program in Davenport, IA, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a well-established multidisciplinary team. The program provides advanced, patient-centered care with access to cutting-edge oncology services, including radiation therapy, genetic testing, infusion resources, and clinical trials.
This is a community-based position offering strong collaboration with radiation oncology, surgical oncology, and hospitalist teams, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care.
Job Responsibilities
• Cover clinics in Davenport, IA and Silvis, IL (with shared call responsibilities).
• Manage and monitor cancer patients through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Participate in clinical programs, trials, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the electronic medical record.
Qualifications
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology (required).
• Active or eligible for Iowa and Illinois medical licenses.
• Active DEA and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR/CDA).
• Must have clean malpractice record (preferred).
• Not accepting J1 or H1B visa candidates.
