- **MN License is required for quick start**
- IP Hematologist (malignant heme is a must)
- Looking for someone that can do inpatient and take call as needed.
- They need to be board certified, and we have a need starting ASAP.
- Specialty: Hematology/Oncology
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: End Date: 3-6 months - possible extensions
- Shift Details: Scheduled and on call
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (days) and on call

- Support staff:
- Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time coverage needed
- Patients per day: 30 - 40
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital bed size: 590
- Special procedures: Malignant hematology required
- Skills required: Medical Oncology/solids and Infusion Coverage required

- Infusion Center
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required
- License required: MN license, IMLC accepted
- DEA: Required
- Certifications required: BLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days with license. Emergency privs with license and clean background. 120 days if license is needed
- Q&A:
- 1. What are the shifts/hours? (aside from call, which I assume would be PM and weekend?)
- -Correct, and times would be 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2. Will we be able to obtain emergency privs? (Credentialing normally takes around 90 days for licensed providers and 120 for non-licensed.)
- – Yes, if they have a clean file, yes – I would be able to obtain emergency privileges.
- 3. How long will you need the locums contracts for?
- – 6 months, with an option to buy out. If you have candidates that are looking for permanent placement, I would love to review those CVs as well, understanding that there would be a buyout fee.
- 4. Minimum years of experience required:
- - minimum of 2 years
- 5. Support staff: we would have APPs on the IP side to help (on both hematology and oncology)
- – no APP support for taking call and on the weekends, but during the day, they would have APP support.
