Hematology/Oncology Opportunity Just Outside New York City
A premier outpatient oncology group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join its expanding team in Northern New Jersey. This is a career-defining opportunity to practice advanced oncology care in a modern, collaborative environment just minutes from New York City. You'll work alongside experienced specialists, contribute to multidisciplinary tumor boards, and enjoy the support of a top-tier clinical research program that's driving innovation in cancer care.
Practice Setting
- Outpatient-only, multi-specialty centers with on-site lab, imaging, infusion, and radiation therapy
- Opportunity to focus on general Hematology/Oncology or Hematology-only practice
- Dedicated Hematologists are also encouraged to apply
- Modern facilities supported by skilled APPs and dedicated clinical teams
- Active tumor boards and a robust clinical research department
Schedule & Call
- Monday through Friday schedule with potential for a 4-day clinical week plus 1 admin day
- 1 evening pager call per week and a weekend rotation of 1:4
- Hospital and ED call required, with APP support during hospital coverage
- Call responsibilities are expected to lighten as the team continues to expand
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Year 1 income floor starting at $400K+ with immediate RVU bonus eligibility
- Long-term earning potential of $800K+ through a proven RVU-based model
- 30 days of Doctor Time Off (DTO) plus 6 paid holidays
