Job Summary
Position: Hematology Oncology
Duration: 91 days
Start Date: 08/18/2025
End Date: 11/17/2025
Care Setting: Outpatient with occasional hospital consults
Facility Overview: Oncology clinic with hospital rounds
Shift Details: M-F 8 am - 5 pm, Friday 8 - 12 pm, Closed for lunch 12-1
Key Requirements
Licensure: Active AZ license or IMLC certification
Board Certified: Yes, in Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology
Certifications: BLS required
Experience: High volume patient care experience preferred
