Job Summary
Position: Hematology Oncology
Start Date: 12/01/2025
End Date: 07/01/2026
Care Setting: Outpatient clinic with hospital call coverage
Shift Details: Monday to Friday, 36 hours of patient care per week
Patient Encounters Per Shift: 15-18
Key Requirements
Licensure: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Required Qualifications: Hematology Oncology specialization
Certifications: BLS required
Experience and Skills: Expertise in Hematology Oncology
Credentialing Timeline: Estimated 90 days
