🩸 Ambulatory Hematology/Oncology Opportunity – North Carolina 🌳

🏥 Facility Type: Inpatient & Ambulatory Hem/Onc Clinic
📍 Location: North Carolina
🧬 Specialty Focus: Benign Hematology (with Bread & Butter Hem/Onc)
📆 Contract Length: Ongoing (60–90 Day Credentialing)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shifts)

💼 Work Details

• 👩‍⚕️ Patient Volume: Minimum 15 Hematology patients per day (no oncology census)
  

• 👥 Support Staff:

  • Nurses, Navigator, Admin Support, Pharmacy

  • 1–2 Physicians

  • APPs

  • Infusion Specialist

• 💻 EMR: Epic (assessment required prior to start)

🧠 Job Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient consults & follow-up visits

• Manage orders & prescriptions

• Collaborate with pharmacy and interdisciplinary team

• Focus on Benign Hematology and Bread & Butter Hem/Onc cases

✅ Requirements

• 🎓 Board Certification: Hematology or Oncology (Double Boarded Preferred)

  • If seeing Oncology patients → must be BC’d in Oncology

• 🪪 Active North Carolina Medical License (Required)

• 💊 DEA: Required
  

🕓 Credentialing Timeframe

• 60–90 Days (depending on completeness of file)
