Job description Locums – Beckley, West Virginia | Hematology/Oncology Opportunity (Willing to License) Clinical Role:

  • Start Date: December 1, 2025

  • Contract Length: 1 year

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–4:30p (clinic)

  • Call: Inpatient call every 3rd week (1 in 3)

  • Coverage Requirements: Full-time; must offer at least 3 weeks per month to be considered

  • Practice Setting: Hospital-based (Cancer Center)

  • Support Staff: Nurses, CMA, and APP support

  • Admissions: Required

Clinical Details:

  • Patients per Day: Approximately 15

  • Patient Population: Adults (18+)

  • Special Procedures: Bone marrow biopsy

  • EMR: Cerner

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification: Required

  • Fellowship: Oncology (Required)

  • Licensure: Active WV License Required (Willing to License)

  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Required)

  • DEA: Required

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years required

  • Credentialing Timeframe: 45–60 days
