We’re seeking two dynamic and dedicated physicians to join an outstanding Hematology and Oncology team. This is a full-time hospital-employed opportunity designed for compassionate, patient-centered physicians ready to make a meaningful impact.
Job Responsibilities
Diverse patient mix: ~30% Hematology, ~70% Solid Tumors
Collaborative, cohesive team with dedicated APPs, MAs, and RNs
State-of-the-art facilities offering infusion therapy, radiation therapy (Elekta Versa HD, Brainlab/Exactrac), Brachytherapy, and Xofigo® for bone metastasis
Strong academic affiliation and potential for research involvement
Highly rated patient experience – consistently top 10% nationally
Shared call schedule with supportive inpatient coverage
Practice Details:
Current outpatient census: ~25 patients per clinic; inpatient volume: 5–10 patients/day
Multidisciplinary cancer care center with nearby satellite clinics (occasional travel)
Fully staffed clinic with newly remodeled offices and waiting rooms
EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology (0–5 years post-residency)
MI medical license (or willingness to obtain)
DEA & CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
Qualifications
Base: $525K–$625K, MGMA-based and RVU-driven with guaranteed salary first 2 years
Potential productivity bonus
$50K sign-on bonus
$15K relocation assistance (if applicable)

37 days PTO per contract year
Working Hours
Monday–Thursday: Office clinics 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
