Start: January 5, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)

Length: Up to 52 weeks (flexible); locums-to-perm pathway

Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient (clinic-based) with minimal hospital consults/rounding
-
Schedule: Mon–Thu 8:00–16:30 on-site (3–4 days/week) + telehealth on off weeks
-
Volume: 12–15 patients/day; Adults & Geriatrics (18+)

Treatments: Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy, infusions; no BMT, no acute leukemias

EMR: Mosaiq
-
On-call: Optional

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate infusion services and supportive care pathways
Hospital consults as needed (minimal)
Accurate/timely documentation in Mosaiq
Qualifications
Oklahoma license required (not open to licensing)
ACLS, DEA, and Oklahoma CSR required
2+ years post-training experience preferred
Working Hours
On-call optional
