- Start ASAP 3–6-month commitment
- Physician owned practice - paid per patient - set own schedule - most do 3-4 days
- 2 locations
- 15-20 patients on average a day
- 1:5 weekend call rotation
- 1 day of call each week
- Allscripts EMR, switching to Athena April next year
- Open to licensing
- BC/BE
