Assignment Details
📅 Start Date: January 1, 2026
🕐 Schedule: Full-time, 4 weeks/month preferred
Will consider 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule
📞 Call: Phone-only
📍 Location: Willmar, MN
Licensure & Credentialing
License: Active MN license or IMLC accepted
Board Certification: Required in both Hematology & Oncology
Credentialing Requirements:
Credentialing Timeframe: TBD (early submission encouraged due to January start)
Practice Highlights
Multidisciplinary team includes:
Radiation Oncology, Genetics, Palliative Care, General Surgery, Cardiology, Urology, and Plastics
On-site services:
Infusion, pharmacy, lab, imaging, and integrated care team
Dedicated RN care coordinator
Access to the Coborn Healing Center for integrative support
Active research program with onsite registrars
Continuous accreditation by the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer
Phone-only call – no onsite responsibilities after hours
