Job description
We are currently seeking a HemOnc provider for an assignment starting December and booking through January (90 day credentialing). We offer travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance.
Start/End: as soon as credentialed
Shift Details: 8 hour days, 3-4 days/week - must have weekly availability
Support Staff: Physician and NP on site, as well as RNs & Medical Assistant.
Patient Volume: 8-12/day
EMR: Cerner Community Works
- A.I. charting assistance
Practice Setting: New clinic to supplement the existing cancer care center.
No infusions, BMT, or Breast Oncology
Boards: BE
License: WA or IMLC accepted, will license

• Cerner Community Works
• Onboarding must be completed 1 week prior to start date
Credentialing
• Hospital: ~30 days
• Payor enrollment: ~90 days (not always required)
• Is ABIM certification in Hematology and/or Oncology required, or is board eligibility acceptable? BE accepted
• Is there a minimum number of recent cases or clinical hours required for Hem/Onc applicants? 2 years of procedure/case logs required
