Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct patient evaluations and physical examinations
- Write prescriptions and provide specific cancer-related information to patients
- Monitor and manage treatment plans for hematology and oncology patients
- Administer chemotherapy and perform infusions
- Perform bone marrow biopsies (a plus but not required)
- May conduct rounds at local hospitals with advance notice
