An established Hematology/Oncology group in Lexington is looking for a physician who wants real input into how their practice is structured. Full-time or part-time, the schedule and volume are built around you.
Practice Details
- Ready-made patient panel with strong APP support for clinic and care coordination
- Both inpatient and outpatient oncology care
- Multiple practice locations, including sites without weekend coverage
- Collaborative, team-based culture with a focus on long-term physician sustainability
Schedule
- 1:6 weekday phone-only call
- 1:4 weekend morning call, with flexibility by site
- Patient volumes tailored to your preferences
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation structure tailored to full-time or part-time arrangements
- 33 days of PTO plus 11 paid holidays
- One week of CME with a $4,000 annual allowance
- Malpractice coverage with tail included
