A physician-led, multispecialty academic practice is seeking aBoard Certified or Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologistto join its Department of Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona. This position offers a unique mix of clinical practice, teaching, and potential research involvement within a large safety-net health system.

Health System Overview

The affiliated health system includes:

• A550-bed medical center

• Level I Trauma Center and Level I Burn Center

• Level III Obstetrics Unit

• Threepsychiatric hospitals

• ElevenFamily Health Centers (FQHCs)

This broad clinical environment provides the opportunity to care for patients with diverse and complex conditions while serving the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensiveinpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care

• Participate inresident and medical student education

• Contribute toacademic and clinical researchinitiatives (optional)

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to support excellence in patient care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology

• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure

• Commitment to teaching and academic medicine
