Michigan – Hematology Oncology Opportunity
seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join a nationally recognized Cancer Care Center. Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary up to $675,000 with added performance-based bonuses.

$50,000 sign-on bonus.

Relocation assistance up to $15,000.

Generous paid time off (37 days), including holidays, CME, and vacation.

Work Schedule and Call:

Monday - Thursday outpatient clinic.

Friday half-day for administrative tasks.

Shared weekend call schedule.
Position Summary:
The Hematology/Oncology physician will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong commitment to patient care, excellence, and collaboration. The physician will be supported by a team of dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of hematologic disorders and solid tumors.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including dedicated APPs.

Participate in a shared weekend call schedule.

Provide occasional coverage at satellite clinic locations.

Participate in tumor boards and conferences.

Contribute to the growth of the Hematology/Oncology program.

Opportunity to teach medical students and residents from Central Michigan University.

Participate in clinical research trials.
Qualifications:
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology.

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.

Successful completion of an Internal Medicine residency and a Hematology/Oncology fellowship program.

Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Michigan.

Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, including collaborating with APPs.

Interest in teaching and research is a plus.
