Lead and mentor a growing team of physicians, APPs, and oncology nurses. Collaborate with hospital leadership and Duke Cancer Network experts. Develop and launch new treatment services or community outreach initiatives in partnership with system leadership.. Standard office hours (Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm). Protected administrative time (8+ hours per week). Shared call schedule, 1:4 rotation for patient care needs through telephone calls. EMR: Cerner. Average Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day. 40% Oncology and 60% Hematology. Sign-on Bonus: $50k+ sign-on bonus to assist with the transition..
