Job description
We are seeking a Board Eligible (within 2 years) or Board Certified Medical Oncologist and/or Hematologist for an outpatient oncology practice in Coos Bay, Oregon. Candidates with experience in Radiation Oncology are preferred but not required. New fellowship graduates are welcome to apply.
π₯ Practice Details:

Patient mix: ~20% Hematology, 80% Medical Oncology

Clinic volume: 10β15 patients per day
-
Outpatient only β No inpatient consults

Work in a free-standing cancer center with a new 19-chair infusion suite

Onsite mixing pharmacy and radiation oncology services
-
Nurse navigation support
-
8-hour workdays, Monday to Friday

1:4 call schedule, primarily for critical lab calls

Collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team

Affiliated with Oregon Health & Science University and part of a statewide cancer network

Total compensation $680K+ (full-time, depending on experience and training)

Board Eligible (within 2 years) or Board Certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology (REQUIRED)

Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain (REQUIRED)

Experience or willingness to disclose Radiation Oncology experience (REQUIRED)

BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Clean malpractice history and background check (REQUIRED)

Copy of NPDB self-query report (REQUIRED)

DEA license must be obtained prior to start

Availability for full or part-time schedule (minimum 48 hours/pay period)
