We are seeking a Board Eligible (within 2 years) or Board Certified Medical Oncologist and/or Hematologist for an outpatient oncology practice in Coos Bay, Oregon. Candidates with experience in Radiation Oncology are preferred but not required. New fellowship graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Patient mix: ~20% Hematology, 80% Medical Oncology

  • Clinic volume: 10–15 patients per day

  • Outpatient only – No inpatient consults

  • Work in a free-standing cancer center with a new 19-chair infusion suite

  • Onsite mixing pharmacy and radiation oncology services

  • Nurse navigation support

  • 8-hour workdays, Monday to Friday

  • 1:4 call schedule, primarily for critical lab calls

  • Collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team

  • Affiliated with Oregon Health & Science University and part of a statewide cancer network

  • Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain (REQUIRED)

  • Experience or willingness to disclose Radiation Oncology experience (REQUIRED)

  • BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Clean malpractice history and background check (REQUIRED)

  • Copy of NPDB self-query report (REQUIRED)

  • DEA license must be obtained prior to start

  • Availability for full or part-time schedule (minimum 48 hours/pay period)
